Educational Activities we provide
At Happy Kids World, we provide dance lessons. Practicing dancing requires discipline and focus, skills that are important to developing in early childhood. These skills will serve as strong foundation in child’s cognitive development.
Dance lessons spark creativity in young children and help them to develop appreciation for the arts. Students who regularly participate in dance lessons typically tend to perform better academically than their nonparticipating peers. In addition dance lessons encourage children to foster a more positive attitude and explore their own self-expression.
As children adjust to the movements and postures required in dance, they begin to get a better sense of their bodies. They become more comfortable in their own skin, improving their confidence and self-esteem.
We hire professional music teachers twice a month to provide opportunities for children to explore and learn variety of songs and dances. Children clap and dance along with the teacher while singing along to songs.
At our centre, children are exposed to variety of songs and music to enhance their cognitive abilities. Music in childhood accelerates brain development while developing language and reading skills.
Also, music lessons in early childhood positively impact children’s academic, physical, social skills. By introducing children to various music and instruments, we hope to heighten children’s endless musical creativity.
At Happy Kids World, we provide healthy nutritious snacks to promote optimal body and mind function. Some of our snacks include various seasonal fruits, vegetables, healthy biscuits, and more.
Healthy lifestyle has positive impact on children’s cognitive, behavioral, and physical development.
We go on multiple field trips throughout the year. Trips include variety of educational and fun locations, such as Pumpkin patch, museum, fire department, library, play gym, water park, rocky point park and more.
